At HB family law our solicitors are experienced family law experts who will guide you through this process in a caring and professional way.  We will explain the process to you in plain English, prepare all the paperwork for you, deal with the other party or their solicitors and keep you regularly informed of the process.
 
• How much will my divorce cost? We recognise that legal costs can be significant and a worry.  In certain cases, we offer a fixed fee and we will discuss our charges with you at our initial meeting.
 
• What information do I need to give you?  We will need a variety of details and documents from you including your marriage certificate, the reasons you want to divorce and the proposed arrangements for any children of the family.
